Lostmarc’h is one of Frances best kept beauty secrets and we are delighted to bring this little perfume house to you. Based in Brittany’s Lostmarch, home to the last continental beach before the Atlantic, its wild breathtaking beauty captivates all who visit.

Their range of luxury scented candles and body products are inspired by the landscape and are just heaven. We have two of their body ranges for you; Din-Dan and Ael Mat.

The candles have three fragrances: Gwidor, Tan, and Bae. Gwidor is a gourmet scent with hints of brioche and chestnuts evoking memories of childhood pleasures. Tan recreates the memory of sitting by the fire on a Sunday afternoon with the smell of books and antiques. Bae is a homage to the bracing freshness of the air on the coast of Brittany

The perfect antidote to busy stressful living.

Well LOVE is in the air with Valentines just around the corner, there is still time to order something special for your loved one. Wednesday the 11th is the last day for guaranteed normal post  delivery before Valentines, Thursday the 12th Feb is the last day for our express service.

Our winter sale is on until the end of Feb and in March we are looking forward to introducing our Spring/Summer collection.

We recently visited Maison Objet in Paris (its one of the best interior shows) and have seen lots of beautiful things some of which we hope to be introducing to you soon. One of the trends we spotted during the show was the use of green, it was used as an accent colour against soft back drop of whites and creams. It’s such an easy colour to use in your home and one of the best ways is with flowers, white tulips with there bright green stems look fab or use green notebooks to accent a coffee table, or  napkins and tea light holders to highlight your dining table.

We have had a huge response to the red spot drinking glasses in this months House and Garden Magazine and as a result we have now sold out. We are hoping to get some more stock in shortly, if you would like to know when they will be available please e-mail us at info@coffeeandcream.co.uk.

Welcome to Coffee and Cream’s first newsletter and to our new look website. We hope you will enjoy both. Over the next few weeks we will be introducing some new lines to help you see in those  long wintery nights.

Autumn is one of our favourite times at Coffee and Cream; it’s a time when you can snuggle up indoors and enjoy the changing colours of leaves as they fall from the trees outside. Long walks in parks and woodlands are so beautiful at this time of year and are on our must do list.

Its a time to enjoy being at home and this autumn we have some special treats for you. One of our favourites is the deliciously scented burning wood candle. The fragrance evokes memories of burning wood fires; each candle has been meticulously made by one of the oldest candle makers in France, Cir. They were the candle maker to King Louis IVX; each candle still comes embellished with the royal emblem, a little fleur des lye painted in real gold. The fragrance for these candles is made in Grasse, the home of fine perfume with only the best fragrance blends used. Vegetable wax rather than paraffin is the base of this candle so no nasty chemicals are released during their burning, a perfect treat for autumn.

We hope you enjoy our new look site and welcome your feedback.

Louisa

PS. We would just like to  say a very big thank you to the Gingerbread Lady and Liveline for our lovely new site.
